The results of the public consultation with regards to taking a loan to fund a replacement for The Fletcher Room were discussed at the Parish Council meeting on Monday night. The results can be seen in the document attached.

The Councillors agreed to move to the next steps of the project, which are to put the work out to tender and then apply for grants.

As stated previously, we have a long list of grants to apply for which could cover most or even all of the cost of this project, our sincere hope is that should a loan be needed, it will be for a significantly lower amount.

There is unlikely to be an update on this for some time given grant application timeframes & their awarding cycles.
