Greater Norwich Local Plan – possible sites for development
As part of the new GNLP process, landowners have been invited to submit any parcels of land which they would like to be allocated for future housing.

The sites are presented for information only at this stage and no assessment has been made of their suitability for inclusion within the new Greater Norwich Local Plan. The assessment of sites will take place over the coming months and the outcome of this assessment will form part of a future public consultation in June/July 2027 when people can have their say. The promotion of a site at this stage does not mean that it will be allocated in the new Local Plan.
