HAVE YOUR SAY ON ACLE’S FUTURE
Acle has a Neighbourhood Plan that was adopted in 2015, which is currently being reviewed by Acle Parish Council.
This new Plan is your opportunity to have your say on planning matters.
The Acle Neighbourhood Plan is a community-led planning policy document to guide future development in the parish. It can include policies about the use and development of land, buildings and types of development until 2038.
The Greater Norwich Local Plan (Broadland’s Local Plan) allocates 2 housing sites and employment land in Acle. There is also a further application being considered by Broadland District Council. See map below. This is our opportunity to shape future developments through the new Plan.
Thank you to all those that filled in the household survey during February 2025. We were really pleased to receive 356 responses from Acle residents. The Neighbourhood Plan steering group will be using the results to start drafting the new Plan for Acle.
